Our cleaning checklist provides a general overview of the services we may complete during your appointment. Because every home is different, the amount of cleaning that can be completed will depend on the current condition of the home and the time available.
Our cleaners prioritize the areas that need the most attention, such as the kitchen and bathrooms, before moving on to other areas of the home. Cleaning services can also be tailored to your household and specific cleaning needs.

Areas We Clean
Kitchen Cleaning Checklist
Standard Cleaning
- Collect dishes and glassware from throughout the home and, when possible, place them in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle
- Remove cobwebs from light fixtures, window areas, and other accessible surfaces
- Clean and wipe down countertops
- Dust light fixtures, ceiling fans, and fan blades
- Remove trash
- Dust windows, window sills, and ledges
- Wipe down tables and chairs
- Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave
- Clean stovetop burners, cooking surfaces, front panels, and controls
- Clean and dry the sink, surrounding counter area, and soap dish
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop flooring as appropriate
- Clean countertops and backsplash surfaces
- Empty garbage containers and replace liners
- Wipe down cabinet fronts and handles
- Clean the exterior of the oven hood and vent
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes applicable Standard Cleaning services, along with additional detailed cleaning such as:
- Wipe down window sills and frames
- Dust doors and door frames
- Dust baseboards
- Clean and disinfect light switches and door knobs
- Thoroughly wipe down baseboards
- Wipe down doors and door frames
- Wet wipe blinds and shutters
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Move-In/Move-Out cleaning includes applicable Standard and Deep Cleaning services, along with additional interior cleaning such as:
- Clean the inside of the oven
- Clean the interior of the refrigerator
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers
- Sweep pantry flooring and wipe down pantry shelves
- Complete additional detailed cleaning of accessible areas to help prepare the home for moving in or moving out
Bathroom Cleaning Checklist
Standard Cleaning
- Remove accessible cobwebs and dust shelving
- Clean and polish mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Clean and wipe down countertops
- Polish towel racks and toilet paper holders
- Dust accessible light fixtures
- Clean and sanitize sink areas
- Clean and dry shower doors, tracks, and glass
- Dust and neatly arrange accessible decorative items, personal belongings, and hand towels
- Clean and dry sink counters and soap dishes
- Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the toilet, including the seat, lid, and base
- Empty bathroom trash and replace the liner
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop flooring as appropriate, paying special attention to corners and edges
- Dust window sills and window frames
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes applicable Standard Cleaning services, along with additional detailed cleaning such as:
- Clean cabinet fronts
- Dust doors and door frames
- Scrub accessible tile grout
- Dust baseboards
- Thoroughly wipe down baseboards
- Wet wipe window sills and accessible blinds
- Wipe down doors and door frames
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Move-In/Move-Out cleaning includes applicable Standard and Deep Cleaning services, along with additional interior cleaning such as:
- Clean the inside of linen closets and wipe down accessible shelving
- Clean inside bathroom cabinets
- Clean the interior of the medicine cabinet
- Complete additional detailed cleaning of accessible bathroom surfaces to help prepare the space for moving in or moving out
Bedroom Cleaning Checklist
Standard Cleaning
- Remove accessible cobwebs and dust shelves, pictures, and wall décor
- Dust ceiling fans and fan blades
- Clean and polish mirrors
- Dust furniture, lamps, lampshades, and accessible hanging light fixtures
- Clean and dust window sills, window frames, and chair rails
- Dust and neatly arrange accessible decorative items and personal belongings
- Vacuum, mop, or hand-clean flooring as appropriate, paying special attention to corners and edges
- Clean and disinfect light switches and door knobs
- Straighten the room, including folding blankets and arranging pillows
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Dust accessible window sills and window frames
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning includes applicable Standard Cleaning services, along with additional detailed cleaning such as:
- Thoroughly dust ceiling fans and fan blades
- Dust baseboards
- Wipe down baseboards for a more detailed clean
- Dust doors and door frames
- Wipe down doors and door frames
- Wipe down window sills, window frames, and accessible blinds
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
Move-In/Move-Out cleaning includes applicable Standard and Deep Cleaning services, along with additional interior cleaning such as:
- Clean the inside of linen closets
- Wipe down accessible closet shelving
- Complete additional detailed cleaning of accessible bedroom surfaces to help prepare the space for moving in or moving out
